Setting Up Fee Structures
Every school has a unique fee structure. BatchBoard supports flat fees per class, component-based fees, and per-head variable fees. Set up your structure once at the start of the year.
Invoice Generation
BatchBoard generates fee invoices automatically at the start of each billing period. Review before publishing, adjust for scholarships and discounts, then publish all at once.
Payment Recording
Payments can be recorded manually for cash or cheque, or automatically via payment gateway integration. Each payment generates a receipt immediately.
Overdue Management
Invoices past their due date are automatically marked overdue. The overdue dashboard shows total amount, oldest invoices, and which classes have the highest default rates.
Year-End Reconciliation
At year-end, the fee reconciliation report shows total invoiced, total collected, total discounts applied, and total written off. This feeds directly into your financial statements.
